Default Need Help with Chinese cart

I just got this cart for free. The speed controller is burnt up and I cant locate parts for it anywhere. How would I go about modifying this cart to something like an EZGO or Club Car? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Is that a series drive control? If yes replacement will be easy enough.

Thats the problem I am having. I dont know anything about these things. And I cant read the writing on the cart. All of the parts are tagged from the same place, HongDu. But I know that they put an EZGO lift kit on it, so maybe I can get an EZGO controller for it?

Is the FNR switch a push button/rocker or big mechanical rotary ? Unless it has more than 1 solenoid. And last, look at the wire studs on the motor, are they all the same size ?

The FNR switch is a push button on the dash, and it appears to only have one solenoid. Also I believe the studs are all the same size. Thanks in advance!

Look for an on/off toggle switch under the seat... show us the tag on the motor.

A series motor can have a rocker F&R if it has a reversing contactor. MORE pictures please, pics of everything in the cart
