Default Stuttering, sometimes not moving

TXT
36v series with 48v
HD Solenoid
Alltrax SPM-48500

Sometimes the cart will not go when I hit the throttle. I can hear the solenoid clicking. After a few tries it goes. Other times there is no delay. Thoughts on what the issue could be?
On a side note I think that the carts isn't as fast or powerful as it should be. Could this be related?

Thanks for the help.

What is it giving you? You haven't given any info on cart setup or performance.

Sounds like battery problems to me. stuttering is classic battery trouble and under performing can be battery related as well. Put a meter on the pack mains, note the voltage and then watch the meter when you try to go - if it falls and your not going = battery problem. If it doesn't fall and you are not going then there is a delivery problem = F&R failure or cable connection problem

Thanks man Ill hook up my voltage readout on the dash and look for changes. Everything is new under the hood. All new batteries (48v upgrade), new cables, controller and solenoid (from you of course).

It had bad 36v batteries so it hard to make a comparison from before and after but it just doesn't feel right.

Dang Nate. I missed your reply. I really appreciate the offer. If you head back let me know, I would appreciate a hand from someone that knows something about carts.

What about if the cart seems to only have problems after it "warms" up?
