Default Gearbox Information Required

Hi All,

Hope this is in the right forum. I built a trike for the road using a 4-Stroke Ez-Go Rear axle and Gear box. I modified the gearbox for a higher ratio and more speed. I'm up to about 50 miles an hour now but my 140cc engine is screaming and I know I can get a lot more from it.

The problem I have is I made a Sprocket Carrier from the slipper clutch wheel on the gearbox but I can only get down to a 22 Tooth sprocket I would like to go down to a 16 tooth. I can get a friend of mine to waterjet a new splined center for me if I have a cad file of even an accurate drawing of the shaft. I'm useless with CAD and wondered if anyone would have the shaft dimensions on file.

I hope the pictures below help.

Cheers,

Aidan.
