2011 Yamaha YDRE (Serial JW9-F4236-01)
I have a 2011 YDRE Yamaha that I just replaced the Motor on. IM losing power somewhere before I get to the motor as I'm only showing 42.3 volts at the A1 & A2 Terminals while riding and 6.1 volts at the F1 & F2 terminals while riding. The pack voltage is 48 volts. The cart originally came in with a burnt up motor. Any suggestions. The cart has a Moric JW2-H6510-01 controller on it. Is there a way to check the cart with a hand held like I do CC and EZGO? If so, where do I get the handheld?

It sounds like your batteries are dropping under load. Measure the pack voltage when you are riding and when you are stopped. Fully charged is about 50.9v. 48 would be considered dead.

I'm pretty certain we load tested the batteries and they checked out ok. I may charge the cart over night and see what happens again tomorrow just to rule that out.
