I think mine is an issue on the electrical side. it seems like the S/G has hesitation in it when first firing up.

Too bad about the no ID tag thing, Once I saw that storage box I thought maybe ya had a chance......

Very cool and fun to watch the videos, Yep yer hooked and having fun LOL....

Nice job on the wiring too, Looks like the typical big company 'I know everything maintenance man' did quite a chop job on that, Wow.

I bet you're going to put a keg gas tank on the back huh?..... Huh?.... Huh? LOL

Don't throw away that old tank, You could probably sell it and get your initial investment back

I've searched the cart for ID numbers to no avail...

I'm a life long gear head and tinkerer so this cart is a fun project for sure.

I don't know WHAT went down with this wiring but it was terrible!

No keg and not in the back...

Good call on keeping the OEM tank, I'll clean it up and see if there's any interest.

IF you wouldn't mind;
Maybe post a side view pic of the tank, and sorry to ask but I kinda need a depth measurement... I have a feeling the bottom of the tank isn't flat

The only reason I ask is I've been wanting to put a fuel sending unit in mine for an electric gauge on the dash. Thanks

No problem, I'll get one when I get back over to the shop.

Look at this diff fluid

Luckily I did some calling around and found the current fluid to swap in after I get this thing cleaned out. Delo 400 SAE 30 is the equivalent to the old Chevron 200 30.

I'd really like to pull the whole rear axle apart and powder coat it too but I'm not sure I want to disassemble it that far down...

Wow you've been busy, Thanks for the tank pic.

And Thanks for the rear end pic too, I've always wanted to see in there....

But Uh Oh for me on the oil, My front seal leaks a little so I've been having to add oil quite often to it. But I've been using regular ole 75-90w rear end gear oil.

I've got to make the most of my limited days off!

I called Chevron directly and the Delo 400 is the cross over to modern oils.
