Clu car gas Carryall won’t start help!

I’m new to this forum. I have a 2000 club car carry all with a Kawasaki engine. Took it out of winter storage yesterday and installed a new battery. The cart ran fine yesterday. Today it ran and then just died. It will start however not run. I checked fuel at line by carb and got fuel when press gas. I drained bottom of carb. I took spark plug out and depress gas and got spark. The oil has not been changed in 10 yrs but it’s clean and full. I use the cart very little maybe 5 miles a season and I’ve had it for 15 yrs. I also get air out of the exhaust when I depress the gas. I checked 10 /20 amp fuses look to be good. Any other suggestions I can try??? My first time troubleshooting a golf cart so please try to specific. Thanks jbi

Float might be stuck. Try wrapping the side of the carb bowl with the handle of a screwdriver and try again. If no joy carb probably needs people to be cleaned
