Crank seal
Took my cart to a reputable repair place to get crank seal replaced they called and told me it was done but old seal was still on shaft in motor and they put new seal on is this something that could turn into a problem

Since the seal goes in from the outside in it sounds like they drove the old seal all the way into the crankcase.
That would be bad as the rotating assembly would grind the old seal and eventually cause major internal damage. I would insist they do whatever is required to get the old seal out on their dime. You should not pay for anything beyond the original seal |
