G19 with alltrax controller blinking 2 red
I have a older g19 with a dcx400 controller and the cart won't move. The solenoid clicks when going from tow to run and the controller will blink green and then 2 red. From what I have read it's a under temp code. I also read that if the frame is showing voltage it could cause the code. My frame is showing 22 volts so I insulated the controller to the frame. The controller still gives the same code
Any ideas? I'm not sure if the pedal switch is working or if it isn't if it will blink a different code . |

The DCX is a programmable controller, you could connect it to a PC/Laptop and check out what's going on?

Under temp error has been a fatal error code in my experience. Contact Alltrax 541-476-3565- ext 3

Many times with a regular vom they will pick up voltage on the frame weeping from the battery case. It’s just a ghost. Under temp error pretty much is a death sentence.

Yay me! Might be a silly question but does anyone work on alltrax controllers. I am assuming no but I have curtis controller s fixed before.

Alltrax controllers are completely potted. Have been since I got my first one 7 years ago. They can't be repaired.

I have 2 alltrax controllers one is potted and one isn't. All the newer ones I've seen look to be potted in epoxy.
