What kind of DC/DC converter is Tomberlin using ?

I think they use a Delta-Q's on board smart chargers.

Are you aware of other NEV manufators who uses the Delta-Q QuiQ DCI unit ?

As far as I can tell from their specs they are using the same charger for all models but I do not know for sure. The Delta-Q is a VERY nice charger. Here are the Specs for that charger in PDF. http://www.delta-q.com/products/QuiQ-dci-data-sheet.pdf

The charger unit is the same for QuiQ and QuiQ DCI, I know for sure..

I know all about Delta-Q, just want to know if any manufactors uses the DCI unit for NEV vehicles ?

I can't say for sure. I myself have not seen any. Maybe one of the other guys can answer in the morning. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
