well, if the stock controller is set to max speed, but 15mph is all you are getting, you will still have a speed problem with new controller. also, if the stock controller is not set to "PTV mode- 19mph", the brushes wont increase your speed either, the brushes were for PTV cars that were not reaching 19mph.

What else could be causing my speed problem? The guy I bought the cart from said it was set as high as it could go. He didn't specifically say it was set to "PTV" setting...but he did say I should be going 19mph.
