Hey! How's those U-bolts holding up for you? Once I added the 4 U-bolt system (2 on each side), I've had no problems. I think that the 4 U-bolt system is more up to ATV standards and they use a higher quality steel than the 2 U-bolt system.

Just curious... Haven't heard anything from you in a while.

Not sure how I missed this in June- just saw it!

Anyway, it's holding up okay, but not perfect. I haven't had the brakes lock up on me, but I can sometimes hear a creaking when braking. Also if I set the park brake and rock the cart back forth by hand, it does the same thing. I found the source of the noise to be the axle perches rubbing on the axle tube, due to this weaker setup.
I have heard so many good things about David's brake flip that I'm going to do it one weekend. I may upgrade to the double u-bolt setup at that time as well. You got your stuff from CPP correct?

I got the rear U-bolt system from AllSports, but I imagine you can find it almost anywhere. I've not been that impressed with AllSports. They seem very helpful when you first speak with them on the phone, but they almost never follow up with anything. Now that I think of it, they were supposed to call me back about an issue I was having with my rear brake light kit and they never did. That was a few months ago. It's been corrected since then. I probably won't order anything again from them. I can find pretty much anything I need elsewhere.

Ok, I may try contacting CPP to see what they can set me up with.

Just ask them for the 4 U-bolt rear end setup. Will probably cost anywhere between $50 and $80 (including shipping).
