Bucket Seats for 2005 Club Car DS
Good afternoon all:
I am new here and new to golf carts in general. I found this forum while conducting searches for various golf cart subjects. Wow, there is a lot of information here! I am looking to do some up grades to a 2005 48V Club Car DS that I purchased a little while back. I have ordered several accessories for it but have not been able to locate any bucket seat modifications for the DS series carts. There seem to be a few out there for the Precedent model but so far I have not found anything for the DS. If someone here could post a link, or share a source for bucket seats that will fit my make and model I would really appreciate it. Thank you. |

You may be able to fab up two on a sheet of plywood

Re: Bucket Seats for 2005 Club Car DS
Thanks CCFanatic. I have been considering doing that. Was just hoping that someone might know of a source or supplier. I did find these on buggies unlimited: http://www.buggiesunlimited.com/product.asp?sku=31772
They are a little "dressy" for my taste. My cart is to be used for off road garden and farm use. Just looking for something to help with lateral stability to keep from sliding of the cart on rough terrain. |

Re: Bucket Seats for 2005 Club Car DS
When I built up my 1979 CC, I found a pair of seats from Northern Tool that I had 'in stock', was going to install them on my backhoe. Fabbed up a plywood box about 4" tall, bolted on the seat hinge and the seats. It wasn't fancy looking, and the seats had no padding, but it was very rugged and worked great for my purposes. Those seats can be bought from N.T. through Amazon for about $50.00/each, I just put one on my GE ElecTrak garden tractor.
Fancier ones are available, mine is about the cheapest available. |
