Need help cart just stopped

I was in the middle of riding my golf cart and all of a sudden it stopped, It did not slowly die like when running out of battery, This thing just died in the middle of using it.. I tried charging it and it does charge but no go , I also tried moving the f/r lever to make contact but no go.

It does click when pressing the peddle but no go,

It's a medalist so it's pretty old , batteries are new and new wiring, It was working fine but not no more

Is this cart fitted with the original speed control and F&R or has it been upgraded? A pic of the F&R with model # would be a help. Same for the F&R - Pics are worth 1000 words.

Here is the pictures I have when re storing. Yes it's still stock 36v everything, I'm at work and can get better pics this evening

Need more info and better pics looks like maybe it is an aftermarket control ? anyway, that is not the OEM set up. Has the throttle signal device been changed?

There looks to be a melted cable jacket on the left side of the F&R in one pic (black cable) - this could indicate an F&R contact problem that could stop your cart from going.

The cables look like a mix of quality and size.

Have you opened up that switch? It is probably cooked inside too.

I agree - The switch contacts took a hit on that one..... it's time for a new set of cables and a HD F&R switch in this beauty
