From "my" experience you probably never will until you get a MCOR4. It's a true 5k to 0 ohms pot.

I'm confused. The cart is running now... What top speed are you getting?

18 mph top speed with brand new plum quick bandit, brand new trojan t-875, and the alltrax DCX500.

Same speed and the stock CC controller.

Never got mine (Alltrax) working either, back to stock controller and bandit motor 27MPH. I tried 4 different downloads from tech support.

I suspect the throttle signal is off.
I replaced the throttle device in mine and it went 22.5 mph with the MCOR4.
Can you measure the throttle signal at the controller? Check resistance between the yellow and white wires at the control.

Alltrax is not for the faint of heart.

I've done 4 Alltrax DCX controllers and this is the first one I've have an issue with; It's also the first CC...

Scotty I will check it when my brother-in-law returns from being out of town.

@MKeller, 27mph with stock controller is nothing to sneeze at. We may have to go that route if I can't get near it with this Alltrax... Pretty disappointing to say the least right now.

Just to be fair. What were you expecting to accomplish with the Alltrax if you were already doing 27MPH?
