PLEASE HELP 1994 club car intermittent problem
I have 5 year old batteries 3 year old charger and controller and the cart runs fine and all of a sudden it just stops and won't do anything all you here is clicking from the selinoid give it a little time and it works again some times it happens after you have been riding it for a long time some times it happens right after you take off

Well without a lot more information, you could be looking at 1)Dead batteries 2)Bad cables
3)Thermal protection |

The batteries all have 6.5volts each, and all the battery cables are newer and 1 gauge. But why thermal out if it is only ran for a sec

Try this. Those large cables are not as flexible as smaller ones. For that reason they can become loose as the cart moves and flexes. Check ALL the cable ends.
Maybe you'll find one loose that could be the problem. |
