Default G1 front bumper?

Has anyone ever used one of these universal front bumpers? I was wondering if it mounts right up to the pre existing holes or if it needs to be modified a little bit. Here is the link.

It won't be a direct bolt on. It looks like it will need some modification to work. I'd like to see bow it looks when you get it on.

Yeah I'd love to see how it works. I'd buy it in a heartbeat if it's not too difficult.

That's cool looking. I am sure you will have to modify cart for it to work. It looks like it would be a direct bolt on for a DS. Let me know how you make out. I bought a winch a whe back and it's just sitting in it's box on a shelf.

The bumper was not what i expected. I will try and send pics of what it looks like tonight. I think i am going to try and modify my own bumper in order to mount my winch on the front.

So much for it being universal. Too bad there aren't any aftermarket ones available for these puppies.

Yea, it is too bad. There have been many made for them by the owners. I made one for mine and still need to make a few more changes/additions to it.

As for a winch mount, I made my own lift and used a square tube like a Reese type hitch. I mounted my winch mount to that.
