2008 cc jumps and making odd buzzer sound when connecting to charger

My 2008 cc makes a lil jump when pressing foot pedal it does this in forward and reverse. I tried connecting charger and when I do it makes weird buzzing sound and charger jumps but doesn't connect when I unplug charger buzzing quits

I also tried to reset obc followed instructions to the letter ....but after 30 seconds my reverse buzzer never went off

During reset I could here computer doing its thing after 5 min I followed directions and cc still,doing same

It may be a MCOR issue but not sure about the charger issue. Is this a Precedent or DS model?

Precedent well when I plug charger loud buzzing starts and meter needle jumps up then back down then stops but buzzing continues

It was running fine and then suddenly started doing this? Was anything modified recently?

About month ago put new speed sensor. Week ago added a lil distilled water to batteries that's it

Now we did obc reset again now it won't do anything....no buzzing in reverse or when charger is attached. Attach charger no jump or anything lol

Seems like something in the charge circuit is disconnected or the charger has an issue, check wires at charger plug to see if something is loose or removed. Does the cart have 6 batteries? I wonder if they are charged even? If you can test them individually I'd check to see what voltage they are at.

Nope 4 batteries a sofa month ago they were all good

But you need to test them to see if they are all charger up, they should all read over 12 volts each. like 12.3
