Yes on the red, and the "small pipe" marked in blue is the float chamber vent. If gas is coming out there it means the needle valve isn't closing all the way & the carb is flooding fuel. Either something is still in there keeping the needle from seating all the way or there is a problem with the float that prevents it from pushing the valve closed.

ok guys I got it working again the problem was it had a clogged brass tubed. Thanks a lot for all your help..
