2000 Series DS all Click No Go

Wife took the cart out to the dumpster and it ran fine . 20 mins later no movement . solenoid click but no go f or r. quick lool at the f/r switch I find the outer limit switch (green , white , black ) has no click to it and metal tab seems a little loose compared to the others. Could this limit switch be my problem ?

Most likely, just connect the Green and White wires together.

That will give you full speed forward and reverse.

no go , just a click from the solenoid when i jumped them. So much for simple , Where to go from here ?

Swan, I'm having a similar problem with my cart. In my case the motor controller is not powering on when I press the pedal even though the solenoid clicks. I have an altrax controller which has a light to indicate that it is powered on. If your controller has a similar indicator that it is powered on check that it powers on when you press the pedal. I thought I had mine fixed. I found a corroded connector on the black/white wire on the F&R limit switch closest to the body this wire goes to the small post of solenoid and to pin 1 of controller to power it on when pedal is pushed. I replaced the connector and the cart worked. However it is doing it again so I still have a problem somewhere. I'll be working on mine today. If you find that you have the same problem I'll post here what I find with mine.

no light on my fsip controller , i continuity from blk/white to solenoid and tab 1 on all is good
