Default Club car need to choke almost completely of air

Cleaned carb new gaskets changed fuel pump,
did valve job , valve adjustment, good springs
new head gasket. Cleaned head & piston.
Fuel pump flowing will only start & run if I choke air
Almost completely off. Should I change carb also.

I used to have to choke completely to run, cleaning the carburetor twice fixed it. I would try cleaning it again, then replacing it if that doesn't work. Also try taking off the black tube that connects to the choke button, and use your hand to cover it. If it runs when you cover it a certain way, it must be an air or carburetor issue.

When you say cleaned it didn't take every jet out and blow compressed air through it or did you just take the bowl off?

I cleaned it twice with carb cleaner. Completely removed it and removed the bowl and blasted every part. It worked like new, still working 1 year later.

I'm asking original poster become some say the clean carb but all they do is pull carb bowl off and clean it witch does nothing you need to pull out each jet and clean/clear it
