Club Car Turf2 caryall curtis 1204-412 problems
I have a issue with a recent rebuilt controller from FSIP. Want to make sure its not correct before returning. Cart is 48v has a potentiometer, OBC, 4 post 1204-412 controller new solenoid with resistor and diode. Motor checked out ok. The cart will drive perfectly normal in forward and reverse for about 30 seconds. Readings across battery #1 to controller M- show low to no voltage when pedal is up and as its depressed it climbs to full voltage. When it hits full voltage it then creeps down and when it shows around 30v it cuts out completely. also across b- and b+ at controller shows full voltage and only drops a few volts until it drops out and then goes back to full voltage. You can wait a several minutes 10-15 and it seems to build back up and you can do it all over again.....btw the batteries discharged around 60 minutes and I have a cart shop so this one is hurting my feelings
thanks in advance |

It was the MCOR that was causing all the problems.
