Default Got a G19E. Need some advise

Posted this in the lifted section but might get more hits here.

It's stock right now but not bad for $2k

I want to do a small lift (3-4" although 4-5" seems about all I can find) and 20" tires. I would go 22-23" but I'm worried about torque and don't want to spend a small fortune getting it back. Right now it does alright (12.8 mph top speed from gps. The biggest hill in the subdivision slows me down to about 9.7 mph)

So based on that info if I lift it and put 20" tires is it going to get a ton worse? Does just replacing all the cables with 2 AWG really do anything? Would that get me to back near stock performance? And beyond that what's a decent controller for these carts should I need to upgrade?

Nothing else I can think of that would give results for less money, you will need good cables too.
