Default Should there be Only One Fuse or More

in the 08 DS I am exploring, I noticed there was ONLY one 10 AMP fuse in the Black Box, and that the other 4 slots were EMPTY. This seems Correct per the Manual and info I have found. However, there were NO METAL Pin Connectors to add in more Fuses or Connections ! well Half a Pin Connector.

Is this correct or should there be Complete Pins for the Blade Fuses ??

99% of standard carts have only (1) 10 amp fuse, so CC doesn't install the extra connectors.
The few that fill up the fuse block are Carryall 2 Plus... Carryall, Villager, and Transporter 6's and 8's!

I'd imagine you could...
It's just easier to use an in-line fuse to power additional accessories though!
