Am I missing something here? I am trying to do an alignment on a 2002 club car but the adjustment screws wont turn? Any suggestions?

One side is left handed threads, the other is standard threads!
Maybe you tried "lefty loosy" on the wrong one?

I had to use a pipe wrench to hold the tie rod/bar,
I placed it close to the end, using the ground/floor to hold the pipe wrench,
then I just about had to stand on the open end wrench to break the lock nut loose!
(I think I even tapped on the open end with a hammer!)
