295 timing?
I just assembled a 295cc 1997 ezgo txt. The issue is the spark plugs are 2 diffrent colors one is white the other is black. The plugs are brand new when I check for spark they both look good. When I drive it I get a loud tapping noise by the valve cover occasionaly. The noise goes away as fast as it comes. Very odd. I'm wondering if I'm hearing spark knock. The motor will run great and the experience a loss of power and then right back to normal.any ideas?
