I’m not sure what I’m going to do yet, I want Lithium but can’t swing that. I’ve got a basically stock cart except for the controller with the bad 36V battery pack and bad charger. Naturally want something great for cheap....

Just be careful when you start looking at lithium batteries. Some people on ebay selling lithium packs don't understand how many amps a cart needs to run. I understand a good settup costs a lot of $$$$, but what's worse is spending $$$ and getting something that's not usable for your needs.
