1990 club car
Hello, I just bought a 90 club car, it's in great shape ! it's a v glide 36v unit with one selnoid in front of the batteries. I'm a little confused as to how the pedal translate to power to the v glide. is the pedal a poteimometer (sp) or is the v glide it? now the v glide has how many speeds? 4 or 5? if one of the spiral coils behind the batteries
were to go bad how would I know one was bad? the cart runs great a little slow but that is expected with 5 year old trojans. now the spiral cois seem to be all slightly thickness so does the thickness resistance translate to the different speeds? they all seem to be in fine shape but if I replaced them with new one would it make a difference? in time i will get new batteries but first i want to bump upto 4 gauge wire first, what size swag crimps are on this cat and age. what size do I need to buy. thanks chefington |
