Sometimes I kick the pedal and nothing happens. Another time I kick the pedal and it will jump to full throttle. Another time it will do nothing untill I gradually increase pedal, then the cart will start moving. This is the case in both forward and reverse.

It did this last winter also but ran fine all summer long.

Scottyb, I believe that is the MCOR voltage test for a regen Club Car(either power drive plus, or and IQ).
