Default Intermittent problem (Best kind LOL)

I have a 87 cc 36 volt resistor cart. I have replaced all solenoids, microswitches, cables, batteries etc. For the last six months or so absolutely no problems. Lately it will occasionally just not move when I press the pedal. I hear all of the solenoids clicking and my volt meter dropping slightly just no movement. I will give it a few tries and after a minute, it takes off. Has me a little stumped, could it be a problem with the motor? Any help would be appreciated.

Default Re: Intermittent problem (Best kind LOL)

Even though the solenoids click isnt a sure thing that internal connections are good. I am finding many new or near new solenoids that dont hold up and dont make contact? In most cases I am seeing that they are "CHINESE BUILT" and quality must be very low. many are now not even marked as federal law required? I am seeing Chinese solenoids coming from dealers as well as after market companies so its buyer beware? If problem is common jumper across large leads on first solenoid under drivers seat ( main feed solenoid ) and see if this solves problem?
