Default right front wheel cocked

Hello All,
I have a 2001 DS 48V regen that the front right wheel/tire is cocked bad. (left is normal)
The top of the wheel/tire is further outward than the bottom. Tow is also normal. It is wearing the outside of the tire, and you can hear the scuffing while driving. I read about camber adjustment and have had the upper a-arm off, loosened the 4 bolts on the tow plate and adjusted the center bolt to no avail. Could the wheel bearings/ hub be at fault or maybe a bent spindle? All the bushings and wheel bearings seem normal when I jack it up and wiggle the wheel/tire. Something is definately not right!! Thanks in advance, Kim

I would first check the bushings on the end of spring on that side as this wear can cause what you are finding? Then if all is good you need to check upper "A" arm and spindle bushings, and spindle itself for wear and or bend. If all else fails take spindle to dealer and compare with a new one.

Thanks Old Mec,
I really think all the bushings are ok. I used to be a truck mech and i've done a lot of king pin/spring/bushing stuff, this one has got me puzzled though. I will take off the hub this afternoon and see if the spindle is square. I did order a complete rebuild kit just in case though. the only thing is i do not have a bushing reamer, maybe Autozone has one i can borrow, LOL I'll post my results when I figure it out. Thanks, Kim
