Default well, it's running, but......

OK. We checked the motor, all is good. rewired......and it's running. Now a new problem....it will run for 10 minutes. then seem like it overheats or something. It will just sit there until it sits for a while. Then it's ok again. Any suggestions?

I'm getting this info for my husband. Can you tell me what the controller is? Or where it is on the cart? Sorry I'm being such a "girl"! ha ha

the controller is the brain so to speak......depending on year and model but it should be behind the batteries on pass side mounted up high with a lot of cables and wires running into it................

Post a serial # to help us help you
Serial # is under the dash on the passenger side.... where the floor meets the glove box....

Controller = speed controller

Look behind the batteries, if you see a row of solenoids = it's a solenoid cart

If you see a row of resistor coils = it's a resistor cart.

If there is neither solenoids or resistors, it is a controller cart.

It's definitely a solonoid cart because we just put 5 new ones on it. I'm not at home so I can't get the serial number until tonight. Thanks for your help though.
