Default O2 Club Car Electric

I am working 02 club car, all Electronic, Can't get full speed of it anymore. I don't have manual for this one.

There is a Electronic control hooked to the accelerator linkage, don't know how to test it.

Anyone know about this?

No, I think he means to just push the cart to see if the motor tries to stop the cart, you should also hear a beeping sound. key on, switch in forward.
