Intermitant Spark
1994 TXT Gas cart. Had no spark and tracked it down to bad coil. I replaced the coil and then only one side of coil had spark. I got a 2nd new coil from same supplier as 1st coil and it ran great. Fired on both sides of coil but one side was weaker than the other (same side as bad side of 1st new coil). One week later I started it up and bingo, no spark on one side of coil. It looks like I got another bad coil. Any ideas? I have an old Harley coil that looks like the same set-up Do you think I could try that?
Also what is this HEI converion I am reading about? Thanks for you help. Jerry |
