Here's the difference between the 79 & 80 king pin bushing. I found out the hard way. and the bigger bushing is for the 80-88.

There is an easy way to straighten your whole front axle without any heat if that is where it is bent (I thought that the king pins were bent).

Find a 4+ ton bottle style jack and a strong piece of heavy hi grade logging/farm type chain (at least 5/16 inch thick links). Sit the jack under the center of the front axle and run the chain under it attaching each end of the chain to an outer end of the front axle. You will need to be careful as to how you attach the chain onto the outer ends, I would not just loop it over the wheeless hubs- this would likely put too much pressure on them.

As you raise the cart with the jack, the chain will tighten and straighten the axle (imagine pulling back a bow where the chain is the bowstring). Do it really slowly, and wear safety glasses.

Thanks for the pic. I suppose the proof is in the pudding. I'm hoping to have it ordered by saturday. I'll take pics of the install, but it usually takes a week and a half to get my order. Thanks again.

Thanks kyerik. If for some reason the new axle arrangement goes south, I'll be trying the bending idea.
