Make sure that the throttle plat does not start to open untill you have moved the gas peddle 1/2" to click and that it is totally closed with no peddle.

Thank you redcloud I will check in morning to make sure that it is correct position . Thanks again Adam I hope the BBQ of my muffler stops the little backfireing issue I have. I think the muffler was stopped up with oil, when it got hot I had smoke coming off the muffler that smelled like burning oil.
