Bolt/washer/spacer sequence help for EZGO roof and front bumper
I took my roof and front bumper off to modify my roof. Now I cant remember the bolt sequence and where the washers and spacers to so everything lines up. does anyone know where I can find a diagram or anything similar? its only for the front section two bolts on each side.

on mine I did washers on the bottom bolt and the spacers on the top bolt.
top bolt went: bolt washer thru frame spacer washer. bottom bolt went: bolt washer thru frame then 2 washers. hope that helps. |

Use a washer at the bolt head outside of the roof support frame. Place the spacer in between the roof support and body. If you have 2 spacers per side the longer spacer goes on the top. In some cases just a washer is used for the lower spacing.
PS In the case of missing spacers a wheel lug nut can be used for the top spacer. |
