two 2007 txt golf carts not going into forward or reverse

Hey Everyone and thanks in advance for any help.

I have two 2007 gas ez-go txts that will not go into drive or reverse.
I have removed the cable from the shifter arm and tried to move it manually but still no luck.
Looking at the service parts manual they seem pretty useless as there is no exploded view of the transmission. I am wondering if anyone has an exploded view of the transmission or any insight as to what my issue may be

I would check the rear hubs to make sure the splines are not stripped, happens on them all the time because the axles are harder than the splines in the hubs, and being one wheel drive if one strips it will not go.
