2010 txt intermittent problem

I'm having problems with a 2010 txt pds cart. The cart was purchased Jan 2015 reconditioned from EZ Go in GA. The cart stops working, no reverse buzzer,no solenoid no movement at all. Leave it in reverse and the buzzer might come on in a few hours or the next day. Sent the controller to FSIP they said it checked out fine. Put it back in, drove cart 3 miles parked it tried to move it next day, nothing. Sent controller back gave me a replacement same problem. Batteries,solenoid key switch,its all check good. Got a loaner hand held diagnostic meter shows no faults. Switch from tow to run get a churp from the reverse buzzer and no movement. An hour later the cart might work. With all the wires disconnected from batteries (charger, controller, solenoid, lights) only the jumper wires between the batteries there's 24v on the frame to battery negative. Have talked to EZGO and FSIP techs .everybody is stumped including me. Any help would be appreciated.
