Look in your local area for a machine shop. Print out the spec sheet from the engine manual and take it with you. Any reputable machine shop should be able to hone the cylinders to spec. Double check the valve adjustments too. Out of adjustment valves will cause low compression readings. One other thing, pour a little 30 wt oil into each cylinder and recheck the compression. If it comes up, the rings are bad, if not then its valves.

Yeah, I put oil and rechecked they both came up to 130 to 160,.... I then put the plugs back in just to see if it would fire off at least once but still nothing

I don't understand all the talk about valve seats and valve lapping and valves being pulled into head and stuff is there any pictures on here that shows these processes,.... This will be my first 4 stroke rebuild, I've only messed with 2 strokes in the past so valves are a new topic for me

This above link is the shop service manual for the whole cart. The following link is the engine rebuild shop guide. If you follow it, it will walk you through the whole process.

The valve faces should be flat but over time they wear and will have a cupped shape to them. As they wear, they begin to pull up into the head and fail to seal.
The service guide is your friend.

They are PDF downloads of the manuals available in the tech section at the top of the EZGO Gas forum located in the NEED A MANUAL thread.
