Default 295cc vs 350cc options

Hello again guys and gals, me again with more questions. I just picked up a couple spare parts carts. Both are 94 ezgo txt with the 295ccnon Mci engine. My 350cc Mci engine has a broken rod, so I intend on using the rod from the non MCI (I've read they are all interchangeable). Can I swam the head onto the 350mci for higher compression? Also considering a true dual exhaust, if that's possible.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Again - Since nobody responded Ill put the info out for everyone that may need to know.

295CC Non MCI Head works perfectly on the 350cc MCI block. You wont be able to retain your 350 valve cover, it will need to be the 295. No other issues

Non MCI rods are the same as MCI rods - 295-350cc are all the same. same casting numbers etc.

Didn't see a benefit to using dual exhaust, but I did eliminate the factory restricting exhaust and went with the stock muffler from my 2003 LTZ400 - It has a nice mellow tone, and is much less restrictive.

I'm sure there is more stuff in there I didn't mention, but these motors are so simple... It took me longer to clean the gunk out of cooling fins than it did to put it together.
