Default 2005 EZ Go MPT 800 Grinding/Slipping

Hey guys I have a MPT800 gas cart and when engaging in forward it has a grinding noise which goes away until I acclerate and it gets worse, and sounds like the belt is slipping or something is up with the clutch?

No burning smell, belt looks OK

It seems when I acclerate full throttle it happens right away

Any suggestions on what this may be?

Wouldn't it effect the reverse also?

It's just fine in reverse at all speeds
