For anyone fighting with frozen bolts in bushings.I work for a spring shop,so we deal with this daily.Take an air-hammer with a blunt-punch bit,and rattle the bolt on the flats until you see a rusty dust cloud coming out,then try to turn the bolt,if it turns,rotate it and rattle it somemore,if its still stuck,continue rattling,It will break free,and Do Not use any pentrating fluids while doing this,it actually can cause it to bind up,since it will clot the rust.I've been there 10 yrs,and we rarely change a bushing to get any suspension piece out,no matter how bad they are rusted,It works.Hope this helps.

And things get very rusty up here in this part of NY where Mike and I live. The company that Mike works for adds the extra springs to the big snowplow trucks for the company that I work for.
