I am removing the engine from my early 70s easy go to repower with a 4 stroke. The old engine has the carb on it.

Hey Mike, look at the carb on your motor to see if it looks like the one he has pictured.... yours might have some markings on it to identify what model carb it is... I was initially thinking it was a Mikuni 18 but pretty sure it's not now... thanks, Kuhndog!

In looking at mine it has what looks like a diaphragm fuel pump on it. I will clean it up tomorrow and shoot you some pictures.
By the way what is the easiest way to get the clutch assembly off the engine drive shaft. I have lubricated it with PB blaster and am letting it soak overnight.

I found the clutch threads and see how to remove it via 3/4 fine thread bolt and a push rod.
