Default 3pg compression

Just got this cart, it hasn't run in several months. I checked compression and it was 90 psi. I squirt trannie oil in cylinder and get 110 psi. Is this marginal?

Marginal at best - I have seen 2 and 3PG's run as low as 80, but that's rare - generally under 110 is considered "rebuild time"
