Died in operation
Have a 84 gas e-z go marathon. Took carb apart cleaned all jets and housing and readujusted cables. Ran great for awhile,(a week) then died while operating. As if to run out of gas. Pump is strong, and am getting spark to plug. Won"t restart. What do you great minds think? Thanks in advance.

Re: Died in operation
If you spray carb cleaner in the carb does it try to start ? If so, you have a fuel issue. If not, could be a timing issue. If it does fire, loosen the bowl nut a little and see if fuel comes out. If so, let it drain a little bit as it may have some water in it.. If no fuel, I would think the float is stuck.

Re: Died in operation
May want to check or just replace the fuel filter/s as they may have been deteriorating that caused the first death and now plugged again. Also make sure you have a clean air filter.
