Water?? No no bad idea, When you get the new intake hose on be sure to crank it over and over for a long long time to get the water out before hooking up the hose to the carb

Oops. My father in law recommended I do that, said it wouldn’t hurt anything if I blew it all out of there. Guess I should have just used gasoline for that test.

On a positive note, I found see through line at the auto parts store!

Thanks!! It was awesome to finally rip around yesterday. Took it up this huge hill by the lake and it hossed right up it! =D

Now I can finally get on to the fun cosmetic stuff! Painting it and my seats and installing some neon lights. I’ll post a pic when she’s all finished!

No problem at all..that’s what we are all here for!

That piece is your fan cooling blade. Here’s one that would fit my 88-89 ez go marathon (not sure what year or model yours is?)

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F153266170246

Also..that was the first one I saw. Not sure if you can find it cheaper than that...I would think so..$150 seems like a lot for a piece of plastic.

yeah, mine's an 85 with the 244. I've tried a couple of different searches and I'm not finding much. Looks like it'll be a used one if I find one at all.
