Is the crankcase vent hose connected? Also check the rubber seal on the dipstick.

I am having same problem and if you get an answer I would appreciate knowing. Right now I am looking at the possibility of a leak in the vent hose where it crosses the engine.

if no obvious point of a leak, check inside the air filter and see if it is wet with oil. It may be the inlets valves need adjusting and too much air is being forced into the crankcase over pressurising it. then oil is forced up to the filter box through the PCV valve. or may even just be a clogged air filter and the intake is pulling oil up the same route through a vacuum effect. this oil then can leak from the air box onto the engine.

It's definitely leaking from the oscillator kineezer valve gasket.
