No meltdown, controller is intact and the cart is working correctly. Even the ITS microswitch I diagnosed, ordered, and installed wasn't needed.

But, the problem WAS related to THAT circuit......

When I get home and post the pic from my camera, all will be quite obvious. If I try to explain the issue now, I will receive the "this thread is worthless without pictures" icon!
