48V charger question
Hi folks. I recently converted my cart to 48V (EZGO TXT Series). I am currently using the Sam's club Stanley charger. I ran upon a deal on a Yamaha Cart 48V charger that has an EZGO plug on it. I have included a pic of the charger below. Forgive my ingnorance, but is it safe to use on my cart? I was told no Club Car chargers, but never heard anything about the Yamaha. Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: 48V charger question
That is the same charger I used on my first 48v conversion
I still think a 48 volt conversion is the biggest bang for the buck in a series cart! Have fun! |

So you're the one that beat me to it, I just called the guy about that charger and he said he sold it. Hope it works well for you!

Re: 48V charger question
Yeah I have actually been seeing it on Craigslist for about a month, but I didn't need it until I started this new project. I'm wondering how much of a pain it will be to have two carts and one charger...

Re: 48V charger question
Yep. Picked it up yesterday afternoon. Was bringing the camper to Berryland for repairs and he was right down the road in Robert. He works at the golf cart store there so check with him. He might have access to another.

Re: 48V charger question
I think I know where you're talking about in Robert, right down the road from Yogi Bear campground

Re: 48V charger question
Yep. It was Ched's golf carts I think. Coming from I12, it's on the left just before Robert Grocery store.
