Default Club Car 9mph only!

Recently purchased a used Club Car for my business, I think an 08'. It has 22x11x8 oversized tires and a small lift. It will only run about 9 mph. We put new batteries in it but still lacks the power it should. When you push it forward, it beeps and tries to stop so I believe the speed controller is functioning. Any help on what could be wrong? The serial number is AQ0815 so its an IQ. Thanks in advance.

Take it to your nearest CC dealer.
Codes 1-3 are free, code 4 (the fastest, 19.6 mph) runs about 100 bucks.
Speedy links I think are around $120, and get you the same results as code 4.
In my mind, it's cheaper to get code 4...

I'd buy a high speed magnet and throw in the motor. It'll remove the regen braking and you won't have to worry about speed codes anymore. Stock carts usually see around 22MPH or so.

I purchased the SpeedyLink, there was no change in the speed or performance. Any thoughts on what to do next?

Take it to a dealer and have it scanned.
